1. Information Service

2. Installation and Commissioning Service

According to user requirements, install and debug the product at the site or installation site (or guide the user).

3. Maintenance Service

Maintenance services are generally divided into two types: regular and irregular. Regular technical maintenance is service work performed according to the maintenance category specified in the product maintenance plan and service items. Irregular maintenance refers to maintenance services that need to be provided due to accidents during transportation and use of the product.

4. Supply Services

Provide users with relevant spare parts and wearing parts of the product.

5. Technical Documentation Services

Provide users with relevant technical documents such as product manuals, operating instructions, maintenance manuals, and design materials for wearing parts and spare parts.

6. Training Services

Train operation and maintenance personnel for users. The training content is mainly to explain the working principle of the product, to help users master the operation technology and common sense of maintenance, etc., and sometimes the actual operation training can be carried out on the product simulator or in kind.
